Security Officer Response Driver

As a Security Officer Mobile Response Driver in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location connected to a professional sports organization, helping to support a welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and staff. This is a driving post where you will remain visible, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication with agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with property protocols, helping to support authorized entry and address questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with routine inspections of the location for hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations, and communicate findings to the appropriate contacts for follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
