As a Security Officer - Hospital Immunization Clinic in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a government healthcare location supporting vaccine operations, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist staff, patients, and visitors with directions and questions. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management processes, including checking identification when required and helping to direct individuals to authorized areas.
• Complete accurate written reports and maintain activity logs related to incidents, patrols, and unusual conditions in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccines are required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
