We are currently seeking amulti-faceted Technology Solutions Intern who will learn about commercial real estate (CRE), JLL Work Dynamics services, CRE/JLL technology, and our JLL Sales and Solution process supporting Work Dynamics. This is a unique opportunity for anyone considering different options in technology with a curiosity of how technology can impact corporate real estate and office experiences. What Your Role Will Be:

As a Technology Solutions Intern, you will be an essential part of our team, providing critical support that bridges our sales and technology delivery teams. You won't just be learning; you'll be actively contributing by:

  • Contributing to Client Solutions:You will support our sales pursuit process, helping to create compelling technology visuals, assisting with special initiatives insolutions engineering, and updating design documents for both potential and existing clients.
  • Becoming a Data Pro:Gain hands-on experience with leading-edge platforms like Monday.com, Smartsheet, Azara/JLL Falcon, and PowerBI. You may manage crucial data, build insightful dashboards, and generate reports that guide our strategic decisions.
  • Exploring Innovation with AI:Dive into the world of artificial intelligence by leveraging our proprietary JLL GPT tool and assisting with AI initiatives that are revolutionizing the commercial real estate landscape.
  • Enhancing Team Collaboration:You will help update our digital workspace, updating our internal SharePoint pages and other materials to ensure our teams have the information they need to succeed.

  • Professional Development:You will be an integral part of our team, working alongside experienced professionals. You will also have the opportunity to help organize our Technology Advisor Onboarding process, giving you insight into professional development within a leading global firm.
  • Project and Process Management:Contribute to standardizing documents and processes and assist with special team initiatives, honing your project management skills.

  • Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2025
  • Location: Intern should be based out of Chicago or New York city

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Understands sense of urgency, upholds swift response times
    • Ability to work as a team player
    • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
    • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Education and experience
    • Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field
    • General understanding of technology
    • Experience with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
    • Exposure to reporting and data visualizationtools
    • Balance of analytical/quantitative skills and communication/interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to self-motivate, creatively problem solve, and independently seek out information and answers

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program. Internship does not guarantee any future employment at JLL.

Interns are an important part of what makes JLL a great place to work. Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates. You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

9,636.00 - 9,636.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
