Requirements:

• Required Certifications: BLS
• Required Skills: Assessment of blood pressure, Assessment of peripheral pulses, Blood glucose monitoring, Diabetes Mellitus Type II, Insulin administration, Recognizing hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia, Assessment of bowel sounds, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Incontinence management, Urinary Tract Infection, Central Line Care (PICC), Eye Drop Administration, IM administration, Inhaled Medications/Nebulizer treatment, IV Medication Administration, Narcotic Count, Oral Administration, Rectal Medication Administration, SQ administration, Analgesics, Antiarrhythmics, Antibiotics, Anticoagulation therapy, Antihyperglycemics, Antihypertensives, Antivirals, Non-Narcotic analgesics, Dressing changes, Pressure relief devices, Prevention of pressure ulcers, Pressure ulcer staging assessment, Pulse/CMS checks, Skin Assessment, Wound Assessment, Wound Care and treatments, Accurate patient identification, Admission procedures, Advanced directives, Discharge procedure, Emergency Procedures/Protocols, Fall Risk Assessment/Prevention, Infection control, Labeling (medications & specimens), Pain assessment & management, Assessment/auscultation of lung sounds, Oxygen administration, Pulse Oximetry, Peripheral line care, Isolation Precautions/PPE
