The Senior Business Analyst role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and designing technology-based business solutions to solve complex business problems. They work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business processes, workflows, data models, and other system artifacts. This role identifies opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements and is responsible for developing functional and technical specifications that define system requirements and articulate how systems will meet business goals. The incumbent is also responsible for applying system settings and options, as well as planning and executing testing to ensure new or modified systems meet business requirements. The incumbent is knowledgeable of software development lifecycle methodologies and has a strong understanding of system testing and quality assurance principles. They have experience with database management, SQL, web development technologies, and packaged software applications. They will conduct process modeling and requirements gathering and leverage this technical expertise to develop and evaluate third-party solutions or technologies that support business process improvements. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that system documentation, such as process diagrams, data dictionaries, user manuals, and training materials, are accurate and up-to-date. They will also continually monitor system metrics such as uptime, response times, and error rates to drive system optimization and performance improvements. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
