Overtime Exempt: Exempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and procurement documentation.
  • Supports acquisition planning and contract closeout activities.
  • Reviews contract files for completeness and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinates with program personnel on procurement actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Knowledge of federal acquisition principles and contract administration
  • Familiarity with FAR and procurement processes
  • Ability to review and manage contract documentation
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication skills


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 2 years to 4 years of related experience


Minimum Education:



  • BS/BA degree in related field (or equivalent)
