Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Performs pre-award and post-award contract administration functions.
  • Develops solicitation packages and evaluates proposals.
  • Prepares contract awards, modifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensures compliance with FAR and agency-specific acquisition policies.
  • Provides guidance on acquisition strategies and contract administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Advanced knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
  • Ability to manage pre-award and post-activities
  • Strong analytical and evaluation skills
  • Ability to develop acquisition strategies
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong Communication skills


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 6 years to 8 years of related experience


Minimum Education:



  • BS/BA degree in Business, Acquisition, or related field (or equivalent)
