Overtime Exempt: Non-Exempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Assists program offices with the tracking of HR actions including hiring actions, payroll, benefits, and personnel actions for the purposes of employee actions, onboarding support, presentations, training and related activities.
  • Other duties as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Knowledge of HR processes, onboarding, and personnel action tracking
  • Ability to support payroll and benefits-related activities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to document processes and procedures
  • Customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 1 to 3 years' of on-the-job experience with personnel action coding and processing, documenting processes and procedure; experience in a fast paced customer service environment.


Minimum Education:



  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
