Overtime Exempt: Non-Exempt

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Performs personnel action reports (PAR) and processing for a myriad of purposes in the overall management of Departmental employees, including talent acquisition support, onboarding support, presentations, training and related activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):



  • Knowledge of personnel action processing and HR systems
  • Ability to support talent acquisition and onboarding efforts
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple HR actions simultaneously
  • Customer service experience in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills


Minimum/General Experience:



  • 4 years' on-the-job experience with personnel action coding and processing, documenting processes and procedure; experience in a fast paced customer service environment.


Minimum Education:



  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
