Reimbursement Manager

Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a Reimbursement Manager to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN

Leads the activities of the System-wide government reimbursement estimation, accounting, audit andstrategy. Ensures accurate financial statement presentation and meaningful analysis is provided to financeleadership across the System. Assists the System and Market Financial Operations team in modeling
reimbursement for budgeting, forecasting, business plans, due diligence and special projects. Assistsothers on Government reimbursement team with cost report filing and other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance,business, accounting orrelated field, OR experience with CMS fiscal intermediary or as a healthcare reimbursement consultant in publicaccounting in lieu of degree.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with System, Hospital and Medical Group government reimbursement.

• Previous Managerlevel experience preferred.

• Public accounting or CMS fiscal intermediary experience preferred.
