We're hiring Member Support Representatives for our dynamic, 24/7 contact center-and if you're friendly, dependable, and motivated, this could be the perfect fit. What You'll Do * Serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering friendly, professional support. * Provide accurate, easytounderstand information about our products and services. * Work across multiple systems while actively listening and guiding members through their questions. * Assist with daily banking needs-checking, savings, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more. * Recommend services that genuinely match each member's goals and help build strong relationships. What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills and a true desire to help people. * The ability to stay focused, organized, and positive in a fastpaced environment. * A growth mindset and willingness to learn-no previous experience required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
