In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication between hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, patients, and clinical staff-most of which takes place via email, fax, text, and phone. Strong organization and multitasking abilities needed. This will also act as a "Float" role for the Indianapolis area clinics, providing coverage for PTOs, sick time, etc on an as-needed basis.
