Overview

Keysight is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader to join the Corporate Customer Experience & Quality (CE&Q) organization. This role will help drive enterprise-wide operational excellence by leading cross-functional improvement initiatives, coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and strengthening a culture of continuous improvement across Keysight.

The successful candidate will partner closely with global stakeholders across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Services, and corporate functions to deliver measurable business impact aligned with Keysight's strategy.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Continuous Improvement Leadership

  • Lead and support cross-functional, global CI projects focused on quality, customer experience, productivity, and cycle-time reduction.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with CE&Q and enterprise objectives.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies to deliver sustainable results.

Coaching, Training & Capability Building

  • Coach project teams, leaders, and practitioners on CI tools, structured problem solving, and data driven decision making.
  • Support CI training programs, certifications, and Communities of Practice.
  • Mentor emerging CI talent and contribute to the development of the CI talent pipeline within CE&Q and the broader organization.

Stakeholder Partnership & Change Leadership

  • Act as a trusted CI partner to business and functional leaders.
  • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and executive level discussions.
  • Drive adoption of standard CI practices while tailoring approaches to local business needs.

Measurement, Governance & Sustainability

  • Define success metrics and track benefits realization for CI initiatives.
  • Ensure improvements are embedded into standard work, processes, and governance mechanisms.
  • Share best practices and success stories to reinforce a continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong experience leading continuous improvement or operational excellence initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Handson experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise level or cross business CI programs.
  • Background in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or service environments.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring CI practitioners and Business Leaders.
The position may be performed from any location within the Americas or EMEA regions.
