Job Title: Mechanical Assembler/ Tester Location: Boulevard Irvine CA 92618 Shift: 1st 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Duration: 6 Months + Temp to Hire Pay range: $22.50 - $25.00/hr. on W2 without benefits Notes: Must have an experience with hydraulics, mechanical assembly. Do you have minimum or more than 3 years of mechanical assembly experience? Role & Responsibilities: Riveting, hydraulics, bonding and torque assembly tasks. Assemble machined parts. Apply mechanical assembly skills. Read blueprints and work instructions. Perform failure analyses; troubleshoot mechanical failures with support from supervision. Rework parts to print per instructions. Able to work on a variety of tasks. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field Years' Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience Required Skills: Good understanding of products and processes. Able to troubleshoot assembly issues with support from supervision & able to work a variety of tasks. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Ability to communicate in English. Position involves ability to frequently or constantly exert up to 20 pounds of force and occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force to move/lift objects.
