Responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations within a hospital office setting. This role ensures the efficient functioning of administrative processes, managing staff, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the hospital. This role also works closely with senior management to implement policies, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Essential Functions Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and office operations. Develop, implement, and monitor administrative procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee and manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving operational issues and ensuring adherence to hospital policies. Ensure that administrative practices comply with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. Address and resolve complex administrative issues and patient concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Does this position require Patient Care (indirect/direct)? yes Education Creation and managment of provider Epic templates, work closely with director of operations and executive director on oversight of ambulatory clinical practices, provider scheduling (includes but not limited to inpatient/outpatient schedules and provider time off requests), crreate and maintain PO's as needed for departmental activities, provide cross coverage of administrative staff in the department.
