The Impact You Will Have In this role, you will serve as a key representative for Customer Service across a variety of initiatives, including cross-functional projects that impact multiple areas of the organization. You will be responsible for facilitating discussions with Subject Matter Experts to identify Customer Service needs, define requirements, and ensure alignment with operational objectives. In addition, you will leverage data analytics to identify opportunities to AI-driven enhancements and process automations that reduce call volume or streamline workflows for Service Agents. You will provide support for the day-to-day management of telephony systems and CRM operations, helping ensure stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within Customer Service. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $102,400.00 - $138,300.00 - $174,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
