Description

To provide learning opportunities in Human Resources. To assist with work that is constantly underprioritized due to demand and workload within the department.

*This position is ON SITE only.*


Examples of Duties

Identifying and working to update documentation on the HIVE and external facing websites and templated emails. Working to consolidate policies and procedures into a digital employee handbook. Assisting in the updating of SOPs, workflow, and process documentation.


Qualifications

CREDENTIALS TO BE VERIFIED BY PLACEMENT OFFICER

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Any one or any combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the following categories below:

  • course work in human resource administration, business administration or a closely related field, as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
    1. 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
    2. Associate's Degree (60 semester hours) equals eighteen months (18 months)
    3. 90 semester hours equals two (2) years (24 months)
  • progressively more responsible work experience maintaining, monitoring, and/or processing human resource records and reports.
