Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1st Shift Job Description: Receive and manage incoming customer calls, accurately documenting service requests and creating dispatch tickets for technicians. Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring timely assignment and efficient routing of technicians. Maintain organized customer records, including hard-copy files, service histories, and billing documentation. Communicate clearly with customers and service personnel to provide updates, confirm appointments, and resolve basic inquiries. Assist with marketing and administrative tasks as needed, such as customer follow-ups or promotional support. Education: High School Diploma/GED.
