What You'll Do as a Parts Exchange Worker:

As a Parts Exchange Worker, you'll play a key role in inspecting, handling, and processing heavy equipment components to support parts exchange operations.

Responsibilities include:

* Perform detailed component inspections following Caterpillar CAC guidelines
* Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move heavy parts and components
* Load and unload freight trucks and manage customer return documentation
* Process parts exchange orders and support warehouse operations
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and timelines
* Follow all Mustang Cat safety policies and wear required PPE
* Assist with additional warehouse tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a warehouse or heavy equipment environment
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
* Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment
* Basic computer and math skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to safety
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
