Description and Requirements Lenovo's Solutions and Services Group (SSG) delivers innovative IT services that enable organizations to transform and grow. We are seeking a Director of Strategy and Planning to drive operational planning, execution rigor, and performance management across key strategic priorities.
This role will play a critical part in translating strategy into action-ensuring alignment across teams, establishing clear operating rhythms, and driving accountability for results. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, structured problem-solving, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed environment.

This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the U.S. within the Eastern or Central time zones. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
