Title: Systems Administrator I Location: Seattle WA or Tacoma WA Job Type: Regular Full-Time What's the Opportunity? We are seeking a Systems Administrator I to support the maintenance, security, and continuous improvement of the organization's systems, applications, and network infrastructure. In this role, you will help protect critical information systems and ensure reliable, efficient IT operations across the organization. This position involves managing a variety of responsibilities including user support, routine operational tasks, time-sensitive initiatives, and longer-term projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. You will also contribute to process improvements and automation efforts that enhance operational efficiency and support innovation within the IT environment. A hands-on approach, proactive mindset, and commitment to continuous learning are key to success in this role. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, eager to grow their technical skills, and motivated to deliver practical, effective solutions that support business operations. This position is based in either our Seattle or Tacoma WA office, with an expectation of at least three days per week in-office. Occasional travel between offices may be required. Responsibilities:
