Genesis10 is currently seeking a Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role is part of the Supplier Enablement Operations team, which focuses on creating and maintaining a centralized supplier onboarding process. The specialist will be key to successfully driving the expansion of suppliers through the Ariba platform by managing supplier setup, resolving system discrepancies, and working directly with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a smooth and compliant procurement process. Responsibilities: Manage unique supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects Monitor Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies between Ariba and PeopleSoft Answer questions and troubleshoot escalated issues from internal business groups and external suppliers Prioritize and complete escalations independently, report system defects, and complete requirements for system enhancements Independently complete monthly UAT system testing efforts and submit test scripts Analyze risks in processes and document procedures and training requirements to improve performance Work directly with suppliers to troubleshoot Ariba and PeopleSoft system modules Manage and execute system clean-up projects to maintain data integrity, such as inactivating unused supplier locations Partner with Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, and Accounts Payable teams to ensure suppliers are successfully onboarded Requirements: 2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Experience with supplier onboarding and enablement processes Ability to work independently as a self-starter, requiring little direction or management oversight Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex issues Experience with Ariba and PeopleSoft systems is highly beneficial Pay range: $30.16 - $34.46 per Hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
