Overview / Position Summary
This position is responsible for all phases of analysis, including but not limited to the creation of tabular models, measure development, data collection, SQL query development, analysis, dashboard design, summarization, and validation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Construct and maintain tabular models for analysis services in an efficient and understandable manner
* Create, validate, and maintain accurate SQL queries and Dashboards focused on Key Performance Indicators of various departments throughout company.
* Create operational performance reports and test for accuracy on a regular basis.
* Perform data quality validation to ensure accuracy on a regular basis
* Use predictive modeling to improve revenue generation, operational productivity, and support department efficiencies.
* Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
* Perform data analysis as needed to provide data supported insights and recommendations to leadership to support successful achievement of company goals or other critical business interests.
* Work as a team with other Analytics personnel to ensure consistent, quality service across all operations.
* Perform additional advanced analysis and SQL related projects as assigned.
* Seek new and innovative ways for GMR to provide great service at a higher level of efficiency to its patients and customers.

Report information systems security problems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensing/Certification:
* Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, or computer science is preferred.
Experience:
* 6 or more years of relevant experience in a role requiring independent analysis of performance metrics.
* At least 5 years working with SQL queries and /or Microsoft Reporting Services Report Builder software.
* Experience with MS Power BI, MS reporting Services, DOMO, or other visualization tools.
* Prefer experience Python or R.
* Prefer experience utilizing Vertica
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency with data scripting languages (e.g SQL, Python, R etc.) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, or Matlab)
* Proficient understanding of relational database structures, SQL query optimization, table indexing and SQL Agent jobs.
* Proficient with SQL Server Integration Services for ETL development and Powerbi for dashboard development.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with various levels within the organization.
* Must be a self-starter with the ability to develop analysis of clinical performance data with limited supervision.
* Ability to work with others in a high volume fast paced environment as well as ability to work in remote location with little direct interaction with other employees.
* Ability to use / operate standard office equipment and tools.
