Description Position Summary * Establish and/or manage the tracking and reporting of delivery plans, roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams or workstreams. * Ensure delivery outcomes align to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. * Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers. Negotiate with Sr. Leaders mitigation plans and manage status reporting. * Support fostering a culture of accountability and early awareness of risks and issues. * Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery status, health, and progress. * Facilitate clear, frequent communication with senior leadership, business partners, and cross functional stakeholders. * Implement and enforce delivery framework standards, including sprint cadence, release processes, quality controls, and reporting requirements. * Ensure adherence to Change Standards requirements. Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, Project/Program management, or related leadership roles. * Have Demonstrated success leading large, complex, multi-team technology deliveries. * Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery models. * Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to influence and lead cross functional teams. * Experience managing risks, dependencies and budgets.
