People * Customers * Trust Responsibilities Follow all OSHA requirements and plant safety rules. Clean all interior and exterior facility areas as required Empty all trashcans. Dust off all railings. Correctly mark products and containers for identification purposes Change liners in trash cans Clean entryway steps. Load, unload, and stack products, materials and containers. Accident cleanup including exposure to bodily fluids Sort manufacturing materials and products Other duties as directed by management Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be organized and self-motivated. Must be able to prioritize work schedule. Able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be able to safely work with chemical cleaners. Ability to work in a team environment Attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team, effectively communicating with other team members. Basic Qualifications High School Graduate or GED Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, both during the week and weekends. Must have a strong safety background and good attendance. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to push, pull, bend and twist repetitively. Must be able to work 3rd shift and train on 1st shift. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy forklift traffic. Must be authorized to work in U.S. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
