TEKsystems is looking to hire a Wire Support Specialist to assist one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest. * Pay: $19.00/hour * Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (M-F) * Office located in the Westerville, OH area Job Details: * Handle incoming phone calls from internal branch partners regarding wire transfers (~50/day) * Confirm that wire has been received within the expected timing * Convey specific details related to wire instructions * Research and confirm wire amounts and reference numbers * Receive occasional calls from Loan/Mortgage teams requesting wire-related details Skills/Qualifications: * 2-3+ years of customer support experience, preferably within the banking industry * Customer service oriented - professional written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Exceptional attention to detail Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.
