Where you fit in

This experienced, solutions-oriented individual, as part of the Sales Operations / Revenue Operations team, supports the configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce CRM capabilities. This role partners closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, while operating within established architecture, governance, and technical standards.

Scope of Position

* This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility.
* This position reports to Sr. Manager, Sales Operations & Strategic Partnerships.
* This role is remote and may support stakeholders across multiple brands and regions.

The Job

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce CRM functionality in alignment with approved system architecture and governance standards in partnership with IT.
  • Analyze sales, pricing, and quoting requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, data quality, and user experience; recommend enhancements for review and prioritization.
  • Execute CRM enhancements, including testing, validation, and deployment support for product launches and pricing updates.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards related to quoting activity, pipeline, bookings, and sales performance.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations to support forecasting, reporting accuracy, and data alignment.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between Sales Operations, Finance, and IT, providing configuration expertise and functional insight.
  • Participate in solution design discussions, escalating complex or architectural decisions to senior system owners as appropriate, including IT and Sales Operations.
  • Support Duet360 integration with Epicor and Salesforce, ensuring key datapoints and workflows are supported between ERP and CRM processes.
  • Maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guidance to support operational consistency.
  • Drive training and enablement activities for Sales, Customer Experience, and Sales Operations users.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Sales Operations leadership or IT.
  • Responsibility directly tied to Watts Values (Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency).
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal; occasional travel to business locations or team meetings as needed (up to ~10%).

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other CRM environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing structures, discounting, and quoting mechanics.
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards to support sales performance and operational visibility.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience supporting Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems capacity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Duet360 (Epicor) middleware integration experience.
  • Experience supporting complex or multi-product sales environments.
  • Exposure to Revenue Operations or Sales Operations processes.
  • Familiarity with integration touchpoints between Salesforce, ERP, or billing systems.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will primarily work in a remote office environment. This role requires the ability to support business partners across time zones and to collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams.
