Additional or preferred qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a chartered Quantity surveyor, RICS qualified, with deep knowledge in construction costs, estimating and procurement and will be comfortable in a construction team environment. Experience in leading cost teams in negotiations with general contractors is essential. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
