What You'll Do Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing and Communications Specialist provides advanced-level support in promoting effective communications across the school. This includes developing and managing enrollment marketing campaigns; overseeing the production of print and digital materials; researching and recommending communications and marketing strategies; evaluating and reporting on campaign effectiveness; and writing effective content for a variety of formats. This position will work closely with the Marketing and Communications Associate, student workers, and outside vendors and consultants. Strategy and Management

What We're Looking For Basic Requirements:
With manager approval, University staff may work remotely up to three days per week. Staff may also work fully in-person if that is their preference. When business needs require it, for example during onboarding, team retreats, and UC Roundtable meetings, the position is expected to be in the office more frequently. During peak programming time, staff may need to work some night and weekend hours (planned and unplanned, remote and in-person) to respond to student and staff needs, including occasional weekends. Specific schedules will be planned in coordination with the Director. Pay Range Minimum $60,000.00, Midpoint $75,000.00, Maximum $90,100.00 Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range. | |
