OnPath is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The salary range for this position is $18.25 to $22.81 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is classified as On-site.

As a dedicated member of the OnPath FCU team, this role performs a variety of tasks that in partnership with the surrounding departments, provides cost effective financial services for the benefit of our members who are our primary focus. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep across all company facilities. This role ensures that each location remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform routine building maintenance at all company locations according to schedules and checklists.
Conduct preventative maintenance using prescribed procedures and documentation.
Set up and clean up for special events, meetings, and facility activities.
Assist with facility improvement projects and renovations as assigned.
Handle purchase, pickup, and delivery of maintenance supplies and materials as needed.
Complete work orders, maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, and submit maintenance reports.
Inspect and replace HVAC filters, identify and repair leaks, and perform seasonal tasks such as pressure washing.
EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
High school education or GED
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Courtesy and tact are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with customers and others inside and outside the organization, generally regarding fairly routine matters for the purposes of giving and obtaining information or instructions, updating or referring. Communications generally require shorter and not in-depth discussions.
OTHER SKILLS:
Valid Class C drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Working knowledge of power, hand tools and equipment
Ability to complete work orders

Physical Requirements
Work requires moderate physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
Working Conditions
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise, as well as outdoors in cold, wet or warm conditions.
Mental Requirements
Must be able to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations, spell accurately, and understand computer basics. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
