POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Education Program Manager manages the end-to-end framework and execution of onboarding and education program initiatives for field employees,ensuringevery program is delivered seamlessly and aligned with organizational goals.By evaluating and implementing data analysis initiatives, this role acts as the architect of a culture rooted in continuous improvement and data-driven excellence, utilizing KPIs to assess program effectiveness,identifytrends, and recommend strategic improvements. This positionmaintainsfull oversight of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the on-time delivery of education programs, while simultaneously managing training pathways, certification compliance, and learning management systems. Beyond strategic oversight, the role involves the facilitation of virtual and live courses, requiring a blend of technicalproficiencyand the ability to manage multiple high-quality programs. This leader serves as the essential glue for the department, providing the cohesion necessary to ensure that training managers' designs and implementationsremainconsistent and aligned with an elite standard of education across the entire team.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Analyze training and outcome data,maintainaccuraterecords, and support credentialing and administrative processes to ensure compliance and continuous program improvement.


  • Continuously evaluate and improve education programs to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction. Recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.


  • Deliver engaging and impactful content through the facilitation of both virtual and live courses, adapting delivery styles to meet the needs of diverse learner groups.


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute programs and meetings, managinglogistics, vendor relationships, travel arrangements, materials, and event timelines.


  • Manage employee certification documentation, including preparing and issuing certification letters, tracking credential status, and administeringphysiciantraining certificate issuance to ensureaccuraterecords and compliance with program requirements.


  • Monitor employee training pathways and certification compliance through learning management systems, trackingcompletionand following up on outstanding requirements.


  • Manage centralized communications, including inbox oversight, communications, scheduling, and distribution of training resources and reports.


  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of education programs.


QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree ineducation, human resources, communications, or related field


  • Master's degree or MBA preferred


Required Experience:



  • Demonstrated experience managing programs or onboarding initiatives, including managinglogistics, schedules, vendors, communications, and virtual meeting platforms.


  • Experience administering learning management systems (LMS) and tracking training compliance, certifications, and employee records, with strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams.


Preferred Experience:



  • Experience analyzing trainingdata, certification, or performance data to generate reports and support program improvement.


  • Experiencefacilitatinglarge groups of diverse learners.


  • Experience managing credentialing processes, certification documentation, or regulatory training requirements (e.g., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen).


  • Experience managing shared inboxes and coordinating communications across large, distributed teams.


  • Experience working withDocuSignor similar electronic signature platforms for documentation and compliance.


  • Experiencemaintainingdatabases, auditing records, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.


  • Experience coordinating vendor contracts, invoices, and event-related financial trackingand budgeting.

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
