Project Manager Internal Audit

What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will perform
  independent audits across various business and function areas, ensuring
  compliance with risk management systems and continuous improvement
• Monitor
  the reliability and effectiveness of management controls and provide
  independent, pragmatic advice
• You will evaluate
  savings potential and define action plans to achieve objectives, ensuring
  the implementation of recommendations
• Conduct
  training for new colleagues, providing technical instruction and support
  in developing specialist knowledge
• Prepare
  and manage audit projects, including defining scope, scheduling
  activities, and ensuring audit objectives are achieved
• Organize
  and lead audit project teams, ensuring effective communication and
  coordination among team members
• Facilitate
  introductory and closing meetings with audited units to discuss audit
  topics, timescales, and preliminary results
• Draft
  audit reports, ensuring quality assurance and timely completion

What makes you great

• You will need a Master's degree in business administration or a related field plus a minimum of 5
  years of experience, including 2 years of experience specifically in
  audit
• Sound
  knowledge of the accounting principles ad defined in US-GAAP
• Proficient
  knowledge of the principles, procedures, and techniques of accounting and
  of financial records and transactions
• Thorough
  understanding of the principles and application of good corporate
  governance, business and operational risk and control processes and
  procedures
• Extensive
  knowledge of audit procedures, including risk driven audit planning
  techniques and methods used to examine, verify, and analyze business and
  financial operations, information, records, statements, and reports, and
  the requirements of the Standards for the Professional Practice of
  Internal Auditing
• Able
  to perform/manage special audits or investigations including due diligence
  work, post-acquisition reviews and fraud investigations
• Strong
  analytical skills and ability to identify and assess economic risks
• Ability
  to manage audit projects and lead audit teams effectively
• Commitment
  to continuous improvement and compliance with audit standards
