SUMMARY:
The Construction Services Intern will support project teams in both field and office environments, assisting with construction administration, site observations, documentation, and coordination efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist with construction administration tasks including submittals, RFIs, and meeting documentation
* Participate in site visits to observe progress and document field conditions
* Support coordination between contractors, design teams, and clients
* Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
* Assist with preconstruction efforts such as takeoffs and cost support
* Monitor project progress related to schedule, quality, and safety
* Utilize tools such as Procore and Bluebeam
* Maintain organized project documentation and logs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Provide general project support as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
* Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* Entering junior or senior year
* Basic understanding of construction processes preferred

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Team-oriented with willingness to learn
* Interest in construction and project delivery

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Ability to visit active construction sites
* Capable of standing, walking, and navigating uneven terrain
* Vision abilities include close vision and depth perception
