Summer 2026 Intern - Partner Marketing

The Marketing Intern supports Workiva's Marketing philosophy by executing projects, coordinating details, and working cross-functionally across teams. This role provides hands-on experience across campaign execution, analytics, content creation, events, partner marketing, and growth initiatives, depending on the team you support.

What You'll Do

• Support program reporting through monthly updates, research, and new reporting opportunities

• Assist with website builds, including partner profile pages, marketplace listings, and information audits

• Contribute to partner communications by drafting content, preparing lists in Marketo/RightWave, managing the partner Google calendar, and gathering content for the partner newsletter

• Help coordinate virtual partner events, including monthly webinars, from planning through execution

• Support sponsorship sales and deliverables by assisting with communications, registration tracking, FAQs, and deliverable management

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related program

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement

• Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure

• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills

• Project management and partner communications (Partner Marketing)

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

• Up to 10% travel

• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

Sponsorship Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
