Pay Rates:
* $65.00 - $85.00 per visit depending on visit type
* $30.00 for administrative tasks
* $25.00 for supply visits

Position Overview
NRI Staffing's client is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. This role involves assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and delivering high-quality clinical care under physician orders while coordinating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
* Conduct initial patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
* Develop and update individualized care plans as patient needs change
* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians or appropriate care team members
* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
* Complete accurate and timely documentation for each patient visit
* Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
* Participate in care coordination and quality improvement activities as needed
