Locations: Colorado Springs, Summit, Denver, Thornton, Pueblo, and Grand Junction, CO

Pay:
* Visits: $70 - $90 per visit depending on visit type
* Administrative Tasks: $30
* Supply Visits (SV): $25

Position Overview
NRI Staffing's client is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to provide in-home therapy services to patients across multiple Colorado locations. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and administer physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders while working collaboratively with the broader healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities
* Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
* Perform skilled physical therapy procedures as prescribed by physicians
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy techniques, and home programs
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
* Communicate with physicians and care teams regarding patient progress and treatment updates
* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
* Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) when assigned
