Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Home Health
Locations: Colorado Springs, Summit, Denver, Thornton, Pueblo, and Grand Junction, CO

Pay:
* $50 per visit
* $30 for administrative tasks

Position Overview
NRI Staffing's client is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, supporting patient rehabilitation, and helping patients improve mobility and functional independence in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide physical therapy services as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
* Assist with implementing patient treatment plans in accordance with physician orders
* Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the Physical Therapist
* Educate patients and family members on exercises and home therapy programs
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes for each patient visit
* Participate in patient care planning with the healthcare team
* Communicate regularly with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding treatment progress
* Follow all clinical policies, procedures, and standards of practice
