We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape a new and emerging product area within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Viva. This role focuses on building endtoend employee service delivery experiences that make Microsoft 365 Copilot the single starting point for employee needs, while equipping leaders with tools to transform their organizations around AI. This is av1 / startupmodality product, and the role is wellsuited for someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, evolving quickly as we learn, and working closely with a tightlyknit, geodistributed team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution for employee experience capabilities within Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will work across engineering, design, research, and partner teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers with complex and diverse needs. This role requires strong customer empathy, the ability to reason through endtoend experiences from makers to end users, and experience collaborating across multiple partner ecosystems, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
