Facilities & Maintenance- Operations Coordinator (Full Time) Days

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Education: High School

Experience: 5 or more years working as an office manager or operations / department coordinator in a healthcare environment.

CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience

MS office products

Proficient in email communication

Preferred Qualifications:

Trained in the use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Licensure:

Valid Driver's License for all Mercy locations.

Other Skills and Knowledge:

Requires strong oral and written communication skills.

Basic math skills required.

Ability to prioritize work assignments, conceptualize and formulate finished product.

Ability to support management of vendors and contractors.

Able to use or familiar with computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Workorder CMMS, UKG Dimensions, Workday, Lawson, Strata jazz, Teams and SharePoint sites.

Experience with database management is a plus.

Ability to manage time and completes work assignments in a high-quality manner.

Requires exceptional customer service skills and ability to achieve department goals.

Able to manage multiple competing and changing priorities.
