Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 0.90 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

As an Infusion RN you will provide safe, highquality care by using the nursing process to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate infusion therapies for an assigned group of patients. This role prioritizes patient needs, manages time and resources effectively, and ensures care is delivered within a standardsbased, evidencedriven framework. The RN collaborates with patients, families, and the healthcare team to support optimal outcomes and an excellent care experience.

  • Provide direct infusion care, including assessment, medication/therapy administration, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate individualized treatment plans and education.
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and perform effectively in emergency situations.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and support LPNs and assistive personnel while maintaining clinical standards.
  • Maintain required competencies, adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines, and participate in quality improvement.

Qualifications:

Licensure:

  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse License required

Academic Preparation:

  • Degree from accredited academic nursing program
  • Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire
  • BLS
