Overview SCCI is seeking a disciplined Program Analyst to participate on a dynamic team supporting a weapon system program. In this position you will be responsible for providing a group of highly motivated Project Managers with a variety of support to assist with daily operational needs. This position is available for immediate hire and located at our office in King George, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Work as a liaison among engineers, configuration management specialists, logisticians, testers and project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document information according to approved processes and procedures
- Facilitate communication flow within internal team and external customers
- Maintain high level of communication between product stakeholders and development team to streamline tools/processes
- Prepare written meeting minutes, circulate to members and revise as needed; assist with preparing edits to presentations and tracking action items
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials for meetings, reserve conference rooms, ensure rooms, bridge lines, MS Teams, DCS and/or conference lines are set up correctly and all materials are available for the meetings, account for attendance, query attendees to ensure proper access has been granted and reserve conference space
- Upload a variety of documents and data to SharePoint including minutes, test schedules, briefs, SITREPS, and calendar items
- Communicate with members through calendar invites, email, phone, and shared drive; set up and maintain shared drive folders for activities related to projects
- Ensure that finalized presentations, action items and minutes are uploaded according to Project Managers request
- Work with a team to coordinate day-to-day team operation, including, but not limited to problem and conflict resolution, organization and prioritization of tasks, and responding to written communications
- Update and maintain the team calendar and inbox, work collectively with the team to ensure that meetings are supported
- Review and maintain process improvement documentation, create new improvement policies, and bridge the gap between legacy processes and improved processes
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for several different job functions
- Observe both staff and internal processes to identify and recommend areas of improvement
- Assist with scheduling and IMS needs
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) with demonstrated project support skills; Years of experience considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Mid-level two-five (2-5) years of general experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to write clear logically sequenced and grammatically correct documents
- Attention to detail in project documentation for content, formatting, consistency, and grammar
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new tools, technical system configurations, and processes quickly
- Strong facilitation skills to assist stakeholders in successful prioritization, analysis, and group consensus of decision-making goals
- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Rapid Development Process Programs
- Experience with DoD System Development and Acquisition Processes
- Familiarity with MS Project and One Pager Software to provide visual representation of the project schedule to highlight key milestones and status
