As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, support access control, and provide clear, professional customer service to staff and members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Perform armed patrol duties, maintaining proper weapon retention and handling in accordance with post orders, local laws, and Allied Universal policies.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, suspicious activity, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and request law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, drive-through areas, ATM and night depository zones, parking areas, and the building perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Complete required reports and documentation for incidents, patrol activity, and client interactions, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or branch personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having an armed guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Having customer service experience is preferred.
• Having access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
