As our Marketing Content Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind the content that brings our brand to life across digital, print, intranet, social, email, and multimedia. You'll help grow awareness, drive engagement, support new products, and connect both customers and employees to what makes our bank special.

  • Manage and enhance the bank's website, partnering with IT, Compliance, and internal teams to improve UX and traffic

  • Develop digital strategies to support new products, growth initiatives, and customer acquisition

  • Write, edit, and proofread engaging, on-brand content for digital, print, and internal platforms

  • Oversee multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) alongside designers and vendors

  • Be the go-to owner of our intranet (NBi) keeping it fresh, relevant, and engaging

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and others to enhance internal communications and video use for training and engagement

  • Optimize content for SEO, performance, and engagement, using data to guide decisions

  • Manage freelancers, agencies, and third-party partners like a pro

  • Complete required compliance training and support bank standards

  • Jump in on other projects as needed because teamwork matters

  • Calm under pressure, organized, and great at juggling multiple priorities

  • Independent thinker who thrives with both autonomy and teamwork
