As a Workday Specialist - Compensation & Benefits, you will provide daytoday support for our HR technology and Compensation & Benefits processes. Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, resolve HR inquiries, and guide users through Workday. You will review and approve process notifications, generate documentation, and troubleshoot system issues while ensuring accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will also support testing, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our HR technology experience.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex and high visibility IT projects.

  • Oversee day to day project management to ensure alignment to agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality.

  • Manage governance processes including change control, risk and issue management and testing oversight.

  • Lead sprint and scrum planning to support effective agile delivery and enable teams to self-organize.

  • Remove barriers to progress and support smooth transitions into Operations.

  • Develop and execute change and business implementation plans that drive successful adoption.

  • Track progress against program outcomes and communicate updates across technical and business stakeholders.

  • Oversee contract and vendor performance, including KPI management, compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Act as a single point of contact for project communication and relationship management across stakeholder groups.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or Information Technology.

  • Eight or more years of senior IT project management experience in a global environment.

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, high risk programs across predictive, iterative and agile delivery models.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, resources and delivery risks.

  • PMI PMP, PMI ACP or Scrum Master certification preferred.

  • Ability to travel between ten and twenty five percent

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $113,500.00 to $197,000.00 USD annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
