As a Workday Specialist - Compensation & Benefits, you will provide daytoday support for our HR technology and Compensation & Benefits processes. Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, resolve HR inquiries, and guide users through Workday. You will review and approve process notifications, generate documentation, and troubleshoot system issues while ensuring accuracy and compliance. In this role, you will also support testing, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our HR technology experience. What will you be doing?

To be considered for this role, please submit your application by 02/12/2026. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $113,500.00 to $197,000.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
