Physical Therapist - Part Time 20 Hours - Warren

Department: Physical Therapy

Schedule: Part Time 20 Hours. Looking for someone with availability from 2pm to 7pm for additional coverage to the orthopedic unit and PACU. There is a weekend requirement of a minimum of 2 weekend days per 4-week schedule as well as rotating holidays.

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.

Responsibilities:

• Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
• Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
