About the Program

2026 Auctane Summer Internship Program:
Please read before applying

Eligibility:
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate university program. Students graduating in May 2026 are not eligible for the program

Duration:
Paid, 9-week internship

Schedule:
40 hours per week, with the exception of the week of July 4th.

Program Dates:
June 9, 2025 - First day of onsite orientation
August 13, 2025 - Final day of the program

Location:
Hybrid role based in Austin, TX
In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Remote: Monday and Friday

Interviews:
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis through March 31st

About the Role

This is an exciting internship role within the Growth & Performance Marketing team responsible for all global paid media investments driving customer acquisition across the portfolio of brands for consumers and enterprise businesses. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a high-growth company in a fast-moving dynamic marketplace.

This role blends creative and analytical work. The Performance Marketing Intern will help optimize copy and content to drive higher trial and subscription conversions, support Media Mix Modeling validation, and gain hands-on experience with Audio and Direct Mail channels to uncover opportunities for improving baseline results.

What you'll learn:

    • Introductory experience with Audio and Direct Mail performance strategies
    • How data and creative work together to drive marketing results




What will you be doing?


Copy & Content Management

  • Content Management & Execution: Coordinating cross channel creative updates, managing and ensuring prioritization of our content requests and delivery schedule to support our paid efforts and aligned to the Brand Marketing messaging framework.
  • Website Management: Supporting updates and improvements to our landing pages to improve conversion rate above our current baselines in collaboration with SEO and Website team


Paid channel research: Audio and Direct Mail

  • Support Top of Funnel channels by identifying audiences for net new growth. Test digital audio by optimizing for performance variables
  • Direct Mail List Management: Track results across audience lists. Analyze current and historical performance to identify winners and losers while providing reporting that strengthens future decisions and optimization efforts.


Media mix modeling validation and test design

  • Support the Stamps MMM validation by developing a test plan in partnership with our media agency and internal teams.Stand-up ShipStation MMM (first phase is data collection and hygiene exercise with Marketing Analytics and other 3rd parties)Measure and report on incrementality of paid channels through last touch attribution, pixel attribution, survey attribution, and MMM attribution.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Analytical Mindset: A methodical and analytically minded approach to problem-solving, with an eagerness to work with data.
  • Collaboration: A self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest: Genuine interest in advertising, marketing and paid media campaign execution.


What will make you stand out?



  • Experience or coursework related to Marketing, Advertising, Statistics and Digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: may have your own small business selling or an influencer with a newsletter/subscriber base and/or familiar with seller-side ecommerce businesses.
  • Located in or near the Austin, Texas area
