Job Description: Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Head of Site PMO to join our team based in Mobile, AL. Position Summary: The Head of Site PMO contributes directly to the Airbus Industrial strategy by defining and managing the site projects identifying the key deliverables, goals, milestones and resources with key stakeholders. With a deep knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in Portfolio of Projects and Projects Management, you will support the site strategy to achieve the Top Company Objectives by effectively leading cross-functional teams and determining appropriate tools and resources needed to achieve project milestones and measure key performance indicators. Your Challenges: Primary Responsibilities: Site Project Governance40%
Support alignment of company strategy with site priorities and ensure site projects are performed with overall objectives Set up and lead Projects governance and steering at all levels in Mobile (with Senior Leadership Teams), securing the site deployment roadmap (architecture, ensure roadmap content) in line with Site Strategy and Transformation initiatives Monitoring deployment of business improvement / transformation road maps and report to senior leadership team of site Leads preparation and drumbeat of Site project and operational performance reviews Leads and facilitates workshops on dedicated topics in complex situations Manage project risk identification, assessment, and review.
Project Management Execution40%
Lead Project management of key projects - leverage Project management skills in the frame on ad hoc Top Management Requests (Head of Function, COO, CEO) to ensure project outcomes are delivering tangible benefits for the company and enabling sustainable and long term performance. Lead consolidation of all project plans at Mobile Manufacturing facility, while controlling time, cost, scope, risk, and quality. Support/ advise execution of projects from Site Functions to secure project objectives, deliverables and milestones are achieved and in line with Site strategy Provide guidance to functions on effective, local project management and governance within the department.
Set up and lead Mobile FAL Project Management Organization20%
Establishment of central Project Management Organization, acting as Site PMO lead integrating all PMBP activities on site across different Site Functions and programs. Lead the set up of Project Management Center of Competence to provide direction and expertise in industry and project management best practices for dissemination and deployment across the site. Work with assigned Project Sponsor and Subject Matter Experts from Airbus global network to identify and select the tools, processes and systematic approaches to achieve project goals. Promote the use of internal good practices and external benchmarking by acting transversally with the extended manufacturing communities, train on site PMOs Act as single point of contact for consolidated PMO subcontractor coordination

Experience:
Proven experience 10 years in Project Management Officer and Project Management Activities Solid knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, production management and industrialization principles. Experienced in leading Transformation and Improvement projects Good communication skills, active listening and a proactive approach to problem solving & decision making Proven stakeholder Management skills, Leadership, Assertiveness to influence and challenge the status quo

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational follow through Demonstrated, excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
