FLOR is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage digital marketing and digital content projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (e.g. SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SMS, PPC and SEM), and experience with industry tools for web content creation & analytics, e-commerce, email, social posting and listening, user-generated content, and marketing automation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills for digital media, incorporating SEO and GEO best practices for content, and can adjust style based on the platform (onsite vs social vs email). Candidates must be naturally collaborative, inquisitive and resourceful.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications, public relations or related field.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in marketing with 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferably B2C e-commerce

  • Project management experience with great attention to detail, ability to manage project timelines, and complex workflow management

  • Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with various types of internal and external partners (e.g. creative, technical, and analytical roles)

  • Highly organized self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects at once, successfully manage workload, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work on budget

  • Strong understanding of integrated digital marketing techniques (digital advertising channels, email campaigns, SMS, social media, search) and knowledge of major social media channels and social media tools

  • Innovator with strong desire to test new digital technologies, models, channels, and mediums

  • Working knowledge of technical language, software capabilities, graphic design, web development process, and brand storytelling across digital platforms

  • Strong understanding of digital user experience best practices to inform improvements to FLOR digital projects and platforms

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to inform decisions and drive revenue.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (especially in digital media); Experience developing and translating content for both onsite as well as social media along with demonstrated experience in SEM and SEO

  • Basic to intermediate HTML skills

  • Expert in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SMS Marketing.

  • Preferred knowledge of Affiliate Marketing Platforms, Catalog Marketing and Prospecting Advertising.

Essential Duties:

Project Management

  • Develop multi-channel digital media campaigns based on strategic plans and functional requirements, partnering with brand, creative and digital teams and other functional areas

  • Fully manage digital marketing projects between marketing team, FLOR thought leaders, and agency partners

  • Secure necessary approvals on all deliverables in a timely manner, resolving scheduling conflicts as needed

  • Communicate status of projects to internal team and external partners on a regular basis

  • Serve as the primary manager and contact for FLOR's digital agencies

  • Coordinate with internal and/or external creative, design and/or production resources as appropriate

  • Ensure that brand voice/standards and technical quality is upheld throughout the project; partner with brand and creative on quality of deliverables

  • Partner with Digital Product Manager(s) to advise enhancements, bug fixes and integrations for FLOR's current eCommerce platform, Salesforce Commerce Cloud

  • Partner with Digital Product Manager(s) to advise enhancements, bug fixes and integrations for FLOR's marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Lead, manage, deploy, and maintain FLOR's SMS platform.

  • Lead, manage, deploy, and maintain FLOR's cart abandonment program

Digital Marketing

  • Own the digital strategy and execution for FLOR; develop all digital content briefs, digital marketing calendars, and manage all digital projects; strong cross-collaboration with brand and creative teams

  • Strategically develop, design, and deliver targeted content on FLOR.com and the various digital channels to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Translate FLOR Seasonal/Catalog Strategy into digital assets and campaigns

  • Lead all creative and process development for FLOR's segmented email program, including promotional communications, educational content, A/B testing and segmentation strategy

  • Lead all creative and process development for FLOR's SMS program to align with email calendar and promotional schedule

  • Contribute to creative and development processes by sharing ideas, recommending new technologies and creating efficiencies

  • Continuously seek out new ways to enhance and add value to proposed digital concepts/planning, including the addition of new technologies and use of historical data to identify key optimizations based on customer behavior

  • Research, recommend and execute influencer engagement activities

  • Write content for digital media, understanding how to adjust writing style based on channel and audience

  • Measure and report on digital activity and ROI; make adjustments to digital strategy as needed

  • Manage content updates on FLOR.com

  • Manage assets created for digital media and load/tag appropriately on FLOR.com

Competitive Analysis

  • Continual competitive analysis of websites and social activity across the home furnishings sector

  • Understand strategies, user-interface and features implemented by companies with similar goals and functional objectives

Additional Requirements:

  • Maintain housekeeping

  • Comply with safety rules

  • Comply with environmental regulations

  • Be aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

  • Willingness to learn and understand Interface's commitment to sustainability Perform other duties as assigned
