Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Location: Humboldt, TX

Pay: $36 per hour

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:20 PM

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift operations at our Humboldt, TX facility. This leadership role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while supporting employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, monitor production schedules, and adjust staffing based on customer demand and material availability. Responsibilities include supervising and training production operators, enforcing plant and union policies, managing performance evaluations, attendance, and overtime, and addressing disciplinary matters when required.

You will drive continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and 5S initiatives. This role partners closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Production Control, Shipping, and other departments to resolve issues quickly and maintain operational excellence. The supervisor will also analyze production reports, downtime, and efficiency metrics, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Basic Requirements:



  • Ability to work 2nd shift with flexibility for overtime and weekends
  • Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic machine troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and MRP systems
  • Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and quality records
  • Experience with robotic welding and CNC machining preferred



Education & Experience:



  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing
