Description Henry Ford Maplegrove Center offers the full scope of addiction treatment, including 24-hour residential care, detoxification, medication-assisted treatment, individual and group therapy, and family support programs. Our board-certified addiction experts have proven treatment plans that can safely put you or your loved one on the road to recovery. For 40 years, our experienced team has been using evidence-based treatment and personalized programs to treat the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Our program has been accredited by The Joint Commission and nationally recognized for excellence in addiction treatment by both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Contingent Option 1: Unit-based contingent that reports directly to the Unit Manager/Unit Director. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. (Refer to Job Description, Registered Nurse, F02426). Location: Henry Ford Maplegrove Center 6773 W Maple Road West Bloomfield, MI 48322 Hours: Varies depending on dept needs. Cover vacations, call-offs, weekends and coverage during peak times as needed This position is required to cover one spring/summer holiday and one fall/winter holiday Orientation: Must be available for full time orientation Monday-Friday 1st week of employment EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
